Got on well yesterday and today, sorted the workshop around and D gave me a hand to remove flip front his morning. Then I stripped all the inner wings, radiator frame off. Engine and gearbox removed, Routed a grove in some2x2 to sit on the edge of the sill, body is now sat an inch off the frame on stands ready for me to pull the frame out tomorrow. Blood test at 9.55 first, got my patches from chemist on the way home and some more vitamin E capsules.

That sounds like a very uncomfortable way to take a nap. Then I realized you meant the car!

Asked the nurse what was off on my blood test, kidney function again. Its because I was dehydrated overnight and I had only a cup of coffee that morning. Last time I had to do a urine sample and that was fine as made sure it was later in the day.
Builder just been to look at windows, they need replacing he said . I just thought no s**t Sherlock! I wonder how many years this will take to get done, 8 years for the garage roofs!
Started to make a Rogan Josh, had to make a masala (spice mix) in my mortis and pestle. Good for taking frustrations out on, not that I needed to. Ended up using the hand blender to get it into a paste.
Had to turn the heater on again as it was hardly 17c this morning inside ,very windy and showers today.

Make sure your builder is FENSA or CERTASS registered otherwise you will need building regs approval seperately and it isn't cheap.

Not my problem its down to the landlord, I said to the builder that the secondary glass was a PIA as you cant clean the outside face. He said it wont be a problem as new windows will have double glazed panels,

Oh I didn't realise you rented, then yeah who cares as long as you get shiny new windows! I haven't seen secondary glazing for ages! That's pretty old tech that!

Must drink more, I went through the night without having to get up!! Food shop Thursday again, not sure what to get for dinner as I find the chicken is a bit bland. Even the corn feed ones are not that much better, they probably inject them with yellow dye!!!
They tell you to eat more fruit, I just put LBs on doing that. 2weeks off and back to what I was, I hope working on the chassis/suspension will help burn some off as lots of metal work to do cutting and shaping.

Go to the butchers for meat Davina. All the supermarket stuff is getting substandard these days.

Eat your fruit! You need your 5 times a day! ha ha!
