I have a mustang gt500 svt and i have a new blower on order. It is a VMP3R level 3 blower. I will have the mustang to make about 800 engine horse power. So you may ask how does this fit in wit a trans topic. Well I will take it to a track near me and see how it does on the quarter mile. I am sure there will be a few guys willing to give me tips and advise.

There is a place in South Jersey where you can fly ultralights. I think I will get into that too. Spring time activities, LOL.

So I was reading about the estrogen, human growth hormone and IGF1 axis. Pill estradiol blocks IGF 1 release, so keep that in mind. Estrogen causes human growth hormone to be released and HGH causes IGF1 to be released. HGH is good for repair of muscle, skin, hair, nails, bone, breast fat deposition and tummy and oblique fat cell reduction. IGF1 does the same but instead of depositing fat into the breasts it deposits it in the butt and hips. A more potent form if IGF is IGF LR3 which has a half life of 20 to 30 hours. As a female ages they produce less estrogen, less HGH and less IGF. If you are an older transitioner and inject E2 you make less HGH and IRF1 for the fat redistribution is less effective. If someone was to take E2/HGH and IGF LR3 they may have nicer hair, nails, skin, muscle repair, bone repair and fat distribution in the butt/hips/breast while reducing fat in the tummy and obliques.

I have been working on a female Japanese bodysuit. My arms, back, butt, and thighs are done (this month my inner right thigh gets done just past the crease between the leg and mound). Then the lower legs, some redo of the right arm and then front. I have 3 years to go. Where I go I saw Kar-Von-D twice. She is getting blackout by Hoode. She is tall and thin. The shop is on Girard Ave in Philly 2 blocks from Kensington Ave. It is the drug district with people on hereon, trank and fentanyl. I know a lot of people are anti-gun but you need a gun in that area. I have a permit.

I have not been to a party in 2.25 years and would love to go to one. I stopped going because of my blood. I am always below low for red and white blood cells and high in white blood cells. After going the the Penn Abramson cancer for 2 years, having about a dozed flow cytology and clonality tests, MRI, Pet Scan and 2 bone marrow aspirations I was told I am one of two people that make the T-LGL and BCR-ABL-1 genes generically. No treatment. Oh, so this is why my red blood cells and platelets were below low my entire life. When I had the bone marrow aspirations I had plenty of iron so not more iron pills. A lifetime of iron pills. Oh, I highly recommend bone marrow aspirations for Christmas presents next year (not serious), such a lovely experience. I asked the doctor when can I could go back to the gym after the procedure. He said you will not want to go to the gym for 4 days. He was right. I was at my last Oncology appointment and they explained the genetic issue. They then said we can do a flow cytology test, genetic test and schedule your next appointment. I said what is the use and that was my last appointment. I will go back if the night sweats get bad or if I lose a lot of weight. I was 163 pounds and my goal is 173. I am 6 foot and  have very long legs.

I am addicted to CVG gym wear. I need an intercession.

I an 25 years 2 months alcohol free. I am 6 weeks on substances free. I do not consider pot a substance but I can not stand pot anyhow. I have friends that are alcoholics and addicts. Most are in recovery in some form or another.

Ok, now for something completely different. I got my tongue split October 17, 2025. I am at the dentist and the hygienist cleans my teeth and did not notice. I told her. She was blown away. Dr. x comes into the do the exam. The hygienist tells her. After the exam she askes are there any beneficial reasons to getting the tongue split and I did not have to answer. I smiled and said yes. She said I thought so. I can confirm I have been told they can feel the difference, LOL.

I will share that I love the gym and lifting. I slant squat 300 pounds and do 3 sets. There was a woman before me, last time at the gym, and she did 300 pounds 6 sets. I need to up my game 4 sets, then 5 then 6.

I need to get on here weekly and give updates.

So good to hear your doing well Rachel.

Did you put a launch control on it? Without, I'm guessing low 10's or high 9's. I would love to hear how it does. If you need help, I'm sure there are plenty of guys who will mansplain it. Haha!

There is a place in South Jersey where you can fly ultralights. I think I will get into that too. Spring time activities, LOL.

Ultra lights and sport planes excite me, some day I would love to own one. I worry about John Denver though, and how he met his end.

So I was reading about the estrogen, human growth hormone and IGF1 axis. Pill estradiol blocks IGF 1 release, so keep that in mind. Estrogen causes human growth hormone to be released and HGH causes IGF1 to be released. Is this IGF something a doctor can prescribe?

Oh Trans topics you want:

Trans (related)
I have a friend that is scheduled for a revision of her BA. She has an issue with one of the implants. She is going discuss GCS at the appointment as well. She had an orchi and was going to have GCs but her mom talked her out of it. She has had a lot of regret not getting GCS. Another friend is going with her. She is having a consult for BA as well. Originally she had no thoughts of anything to do with her genitals. Now she wants to remove scrotal sack tissue. She now talks about how she has has significant shrinkage and how she has ED. I keep telling her she is pealing an onion and that one thing leads to another.

Tattooing (yes trans related)
I go to a tattoo shop on Girard Avenue in Philly. I cross over Kensington avenue. It is a difficult sight to see yet it seams like "normal" for the area. So in the shop there is another trans woman getting work and a cis woman getting work. I saw Kat Vod D there twice getting her blackout work by hoode. She is tall and thin. I have seen trans getting tattoos about 50 percent of the time. (trans related part) There is one bathroom for everyone, LOL. Seriously, I feel very comfortable in the tattoo shop. Everyone is very welcoming.

I am working on a female Japanese bodysuit. The trans part is that I am making my body look as I like; it is empowering. My Arms (almost done), back butt and thighs are done. I am working on the back side of my right upper arm next. My back is a kitsune and I get a lot of compliments when in a bathing suit. So the reason I got the GT500 and started the body suit is that 4 years ago I thought I was going to die. Turns out I am just genetically odd. Mosaic, 4-6 percent neanderthal and 3 strands of DNA not previously seen which is 6.5 percent of my DNA. I had about 12 flow cytology tests, 12 clonality tests, pet scam, MRI and 2 bone marrow asperations (not fun). I genetically make T-LGL and BCR-ABL1 cells from my genome and not cancer (no clonality). I also have T315I gene mutation so gen 1 and gen 2 chemo does not work on me. Anyhow, I figured I would do some things I always wanted to do. Turns out I have done a lot of things I always wanted to do. So for the trans part, I think being trans is pretty earth shattering and that there are a lot of other things that are earth shattering too. I was able to accommodate being trans and I fully transitioned. As long as I do not get an infection or sick my blood is OK. Not great but OK. My RBC and paltelets are always below or just below low and my WBC is 12.5 5o 14 normally. So I am able to accommodate that too. There are a lot of things we can accommodate if we address it. It is the addressing it that is the difficult part.

Gym
Ok, so last time I was at the gym a guy waved at me. I was was very surprised to say the least. I wear CVG outfits with a UA compression top. I think the outfits look nice. I love the gym and lifted most of my life. So my body gives me some self confidence. There are some beautiful woman in the gym and I of course compare myself to other woman and I fit into the spectrum of woman in the gym. So on one hand my body is nicer than some woman and yet not as nice an others. I focus on the ones that are nicer. I watch what exercised they do and weigh adding them to my routine. I am 6 foot so statistically I am very tall compared to other woman. So I focus on what I can make nicer and make me feel better. The blond/white hair and blue green eyes stand out.

So after the gym I stop by the supermarket next door. It is Halal. I am in there in my gym outfit and feel self conscious. The woman are all covered but I am treated very well. When I go to pay if there is a line and there are guys in line they always direct me in front of them. They have great produce, a great selection of fermented foods and prepared foods. I live in a very diverse area. There are Russian stores too. They have by far the best dairy products. When I am in the Russian stores I get stares from the guys. I do not know if they are good stares or bad stares. I would guess 40 percent of people in the area I live in are from different countries.

Anyhow this is an update with trans related items. Yes, HGH and IGF-LR1L3 can be perscribed by a doctor. There are on-line longevity doctors that can perscribe these peptides. FYI, insulin is a peptide. I am thinking about taking a peptide coarse at Penn. Just to audit the class and not for a degree. It is a very interesting topic.
