I went shopping today.  I went to Target to buy an ID holder and also found a pair of khaki short shorts made out of old fashioned  non-stretch denim.  They had sizes 0 and 2 on sale for $14.  The size 0 fit better and rang up for just $10!

I then went to Kohl's with three coupons. $10 for an Amazon return, $5 of Kohl's cash, and a 20% discount.  I bought a set of two Calphalon frying pans, originally priced at $90, for just $40!
It was one sale at 25% off and they stacked all four discounts!

Yesterday I went to Lowes and bought three 5.5W GE HD candelabra lamps for the web surfing room.
It is much brighter than the 5W lamps I had purchased years ago from Amazon.

Tomorrow I have a tee time at the private club as part of a foursome I just joined.
Two older ladies and one husband.  The other husband has had health issues since the beginning of the year and can no longer play, so they invited me to join them after playing with them last week.

Turns out the couple I played with spent nine months in Hawaii so they know a lot about the islands.
Gave us plenty to talk about.  Fortunately I can talk and play golf at the same time.
His wife left at the turn and he moved up to the forward tees to give us both an opportunity to birdie the 11th hole.  My Tee Shot was perfectly aimed but a little long, so it stopped just off the green.
His was short.  We were both able to get up and down for Par 3s.

Afterwards I bought two ears of corn and a head of locally grown lettuce.

A bit later I mowed the lawn and pulled the crabgrass from my lawn.

I played golf this morning from the Blue tees, which are the farthest back from the hole.
Young guys like to play them.  I played them for the first time because I was playing solo behind two guys who were unfamiliar with the course. The course was also wet from 3/4 inch of rain overnight so the ball wouldn't roll very far on the fairway. Surprisingly enough I had the exact same scores for the first five holes as when I played the forward most tees two days ago!
I had no trouble keeping up with the two guys in front of me.

I was surprised to see how many people gave me a good look over today at the grocery store.
Playing several rounds of golf every week has given me the strength to pull a tape measure around my waist down to 24 inches.  I was wearing a red Hello Kitty crop top that reached my knee length lavender skort. Unlike boy's clothes, the crop top is tight enough to clearly see my hourglass figure.
