I'm about to join you in the refurb game shortly. Mine doen't need as much work as yours though. Not sure I could take on something as large scale, you're very brave! You mention cattle is it a farm or a ranch you are working on?

You could do with hiring a beam hoist, be careful as we dont want any accidents.
