Finally got out for a trail ride on Sunday. Rode through the Silver Run tunnel on the North Bend trail. Tunnel is supposed to be haunted. As we approached it there was a layer of mist flowing out. Then further in it filled the tunnel, giving it a very spooky feel. Tunnel is about 1/4 mile long, so very dark. I did bring a flashlight which helped.
But as with almost every day we started with an argument. I just get so tired of the constant fighting. Wife goes out to get her horse ready. I had feed them earlier, so I said I'm going to get dressed and ready. 15 minutes I go out. "What took you so long?, 'Excuse me?' Why did it take so long for you to get ready?" and we are off to the races. Takes me 15 minutes to get my horse ready, her 1 hour. She wasn't waiting and still took 1/2 hour after I went out. Instead of a nice start, we go off not talking to each other. When we ride, its you are facing away from me, I cant understand you. When we are out to dinner, its so noisy in hear I cant understand you... Same thing every day. The biggest problem is she is hard of hearing but will not admit it, so she agrees with everything even though she has no idea of what was said. When I said I was going to get dressed and ready, she heard I will be right out. I bought her a pair of noise canceling, in the ear, hearing aids. She wont even try them.

It took us ages to get mum to have hearing aids, the telly was on so load I could hear it outside! If you put the radio on so you can hear it okay and she says turn it up say its on loud already!

If you see a bright light looking closer and closer to you as you move forward in a tunnel, it could be a train!

My life revolves around this house renovation. Its all I think about day in and day out. Getting a bit old!
Drywall crew came Monday. Installed a new angle bay window. Very meticulous and detail oriented. I was impressed. Then they started hanging drywall and there are some issues. Frankly, I'm a bit worried. On Friday, there was a large gap on the ceiling, where the sidewall met. I told them not to worry about it and after they left I took down 3 ceiling sheets, leveled the ceiling beams and reinstalled the sheets. Then it kicks in, for what I'm paying I should not have to do this! I'm a 'doer' and not used to watching, so its hard not to be in the mix. I plan to have a talk with the boss tomorrow.
I started running the heating ducts. Cutting holes in the floor and running flex duct.
Another problem, when the drywall crew left, they ran over a hose in the yard, and inadvertently turned it on. This drained the well. I reset the switch and then we had low pressure the next several days. The hot water heater in the apartment is an on demand unit, so it would not turn on with the low pressure. Cold shower! Ugg! A bit of investigating and the screens on the taps and shower were filled with sedement. Sand and such. Cleaned them out and problem solved.
Dizzy this morning. Haven't had this in a while.

I hope your dizziness went away quickly.  So how did the water hose get water flowing through it?  By simply driving over it?

I had a valve/shutoff with a single control arm on the end of it. Tire pushed the arm flat, turning the water on.
The water problem was actually a blessing in disguise. We have had problems with the hot water heater since installing it. The shower works better now, without the restrictor as do all the faucets. The hot water heaters works as it should now!

Dizzy spell was the worst one ever. Complete with a nausea or motion sickness feeling. Lasted most of the day. But, I think I have it figured out. Migraines or certain types of migraines can cause dizziness. I took a migraine pill on a hunch and it helped.

Got up to no power! Fired up the generator to make a cup of coffee and get on the internet. Actually we have been very lucky not to loose it till now, with all the bad storms West Virginia has been having.

I have been very emotional of late. I can't think but wonder if the high E levels have something to do with it. E is close to 600. Thursday, one of the men working on the house said, "yes sir" to me as we were talking. Right away, I start thinking more into it than just a slip on his part. Other small things have set me off as well. I do my injections Sundays and plan on cutting back a little.

House is now completely drywalled. Next, they have to mud or spackle all the seams and holes. It looks nice to see all the walls closed up. We are already picking out paint and planning the next phase. Meanwhile I keep puttering around in the basement/crawlspace, doing what I can do and not be in their way. Managed to run all the heating/ colling ducts. Connected the hot water heater and ran the exhaust pipe for it. Connecting some of the wiring to the panel.

My little garden has been doing really good. Finished picking the last of the spinach. Beets are delicious and about fist sized. Tomatoes have been abundant, and I have been giving some to the neighbors. Picked my first cantaloupe yesterday. A scoop of vanilla ice cream and a delicious desert.
Today, there is a steak dinner at the community center. Looking forward to that. Tomorrow I think a trail ride might be in order.

Steak dinner turned out to be a small hamburger covered in gravy. Yes it was only $10, but a little disappointing. Came with an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes and some green beans from somebodies garden. I love these people but left hungry.

Trail ride on Sunday was a bit sketchy. It rained the night before so things were muddy and slippery. Wife's horse slipped on a side hill trail and went down. She stayed on him and he was able to get back to his feet without going over the edge. I was nervous the whole time and didn't really enjoy myself. Not sure why?

Mowed hay yesterday. I love farming and enjoy driving the tractor. I am getting more used to the hills and not worying about tipping over.

On a more personal level. I am struggling to maintain depth in my female part. Went back to twice a week dilating, but considering possibly daily. I have lost at least an inch. Any suggestions?

Dear Gina:
I was sorry to read of your mud and rain, and especially the near accident with
your wife's horse with her on it.  I was holding my breath when you stated:
"Wife's horse slipped on a side hill trail and went down. She stayed on him and he was able
to get back to his feet without going over the edge.
"

I am so very glad to read that neither your wife or her horse was injured badly.

Regarding your dilating schedule to regain depth... definitely if you can go back to a more frequent
schedule ... my suggestion is at least every other day if possible and you may need to go back
to a daily schedule for a time... also gradually increasing dilator size could be a key to improvement.

HUGS, Danielle
