Enhancement - or not?

Breast argumentation was something i never really considered, until lately..

Hormones gave me a D cup, so I wear a 36D bra, I started my hormone journey at the age of 21, so as I rapidly approach 40, I have had breasts on my chest, for the best part of 20 years. I have noticed as i age, may breasts are not as perky as they once were. I have pumped milk from them, when we adopted our 3 kids, so they have done some work.

I want BA, more the firm things up again, not to go too large.. Maybe go up to a 36DD or maybe even a36E. My mother had her breasts done in her mid 50's, when she married my step father. She was a 34D, she also went to firm things up, but then decided a bit bigger as well, I think she got 200CC implants under the muscle, which took her to a 34E. I will admit she looks good, they look very natural and the breasts suit her and she loves them, she jokes.. her hubby will not leave her for a 20 year old, as he already has a wife with the breasts of a 20 year old.

My mother has told me, the recovery is tuff and can be painful at times, but she said, there will be there to support her daughter during recovery.

I have been playing with idea to get them done for my 40th..

My one friend said, but what example are you giving to your daughters, I have 2 girls. I was like.. if they want implants one day, as their mother, I will support them..

My breasts are a big deal to me (literally). I'd wanted to have breasts since I was in my early 20s, even though I didn't understand why. It's the first thing I thought about when I started HRT, not clothing or pronouns or bottom surgery. I just wanted cute little ones. That's all I figured I would get.

I was surprised when mine grew bigger and bigger. They're bigger than the breasts of any woman I've been intimate with. And I adore them. They also come in handy, as I don't have much confidence when I go out in girl mode, so I lean into them as a bit of a distraction. I'm a 36D on a tall (5' 10 1/2") frame, so they're pretty noticeable. Having said that, I honestly wouldn't mind reaching a DD cup. I'm just about 4.5 years into HRT and still growing, so it's indeed possible. Who knew?!

I totally understand the concept that having breasts (or big ones) doesn't make you a woman/more of a woman, but they're something I've always wanted and having them gives me great satisfaction.

Yeah, I'm not going to lie, they are pretty cool. I'm loosing weight quite rapidly so I'm completely lost off on sizing right now. I'm filling a 44E spacer bra at the moment. I still have dificulty believing the cup size will go up as I get thinner but time will tell. I was a 36C about 3 years ago so I am half expecting to fall back down to that level but everything i have read suggests I will end up bigger.

Mine are not pert though they are quite pendulous when not in a bra. There seems to be some articles that say they tend to fill out at the top of the breasts but I have my doubts. I think despite this the only surgery I might consider is to enlage my left boob by half a cup or so to even things out a bit. They do look awesome in a bra though so I'm not sure if it really matters. loads of women with large boobs have pendulous breasts.

I'm definitely looking forward to getting my implants next February. For me any prosthetics outside the body do absolutely nothing for my dysphoria and likewise its hell being misgendered due to flat chests. Mine may grow though I'm still very pessimistic. Judging by my mums size they're not likey to be great. Planning to get 400cc implants. Not sure what I'll do when they need replacing, but I'll worry about that then. Not sure i want to get to that age anyways!

I'm hoping the base on my chest is big enough to take the implants. Keeping fingers crossed.
