air fryers

I'm considering the new Philips one that can steam as well.
Supposedly the steam function means it can clean itself.
I've not read the reviews yet so don't know how good it actually is.

I have a Ninja one with a large single drawer and use it a fair bit actually.

It's kind of replaced the grill for me for the most part.

I use it for:- Sausages, lamb chops, bacon, kebabs, pork belly, fries, rostis, refreshing pastries, roasting a whole chicken.

It's amazing if you have day old crusty bread that has lost it's crispness you just briefly run the loaf or baguette or what ever under the tap and stick it in the air fryer for 3-4 mins and hey presto you have crusty bread that feels like it came straight out of the oven!

I usually think a lot of kitchen gadgets are just dust gatherers but this one has earned it's place on my bench.
