Mine are way too "flat" when laying done on my back.  But, I know they are not flat.
Quite dysphoric in a way when laying down.  But they project straight out when standing.
Perky.  That is good.  For sure, not flat.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I don't mean flat as in flat-chested. I mean more spread out across the chest because of a wider chest. The volume is still there, it just doesn't project as much, as you notice when lying down.

Well that is what I meant too.  I mean, I know that I am not flat chested, it just looks flatter when I am laying on my back.  Gravity I suppose.  If I turn on my sides, it is evident I am not flat chested!
