I stopped and got food on the way home. KFC chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. I don't like their brown gravy (too much black pepper), so I get the potatoes plain, then add butter and garlic salt. Yum.

Last night I ended up heating up three frozen egg rolls and eating them with some soy sauce.

I got some KFC original chicken, which I believe they still broast.
Their other chicken they no longer broast.

I made my mashed potatoes from a pouch, it was very good.  No gravy.

Fish curry, its a dry curry with peas in a tomato base sauce that almost vanishes in cooking. Did a moong dhal and some veg with it.
