I'm fighting the muffin top. So I understand.

Just be careful for the venomous ducks. If you can see them they can see you. If you can't see them you could be moments away from disaster.

Sorry for that it was a running joke my kids and I had. Makes me smile when I can use it

I saw a turtle but no duck today.  Whew!  I guess I dodged potential trouble today.

Did duck breast with stir fry veg and noodles. No sauce in for the duck so just made up my own: honey, white wine vinegar, 5 spice powder, chilli powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, oil and a little ketchup. It caramelized nicely in the oven to a yummy sticky sauce. It worked!

I do not think I ever tried any duck.  I saw a bunch of ducks in what looked like a rotisserie case at a grocery store in the Chinatown district in Seattle.  Also swimming eels in a fish tank too.

Leftovers.

I made some chicken and kidney beans in the slow cooker. They were spicier than I expected. But still good. So today, they are back in the slow cooker heating up so I can finish them off.

This Sunday evening I ate a cinnamon roll.  Lots of brown sugar in it.

Also a glass of milk.

Beef cooked in whole spices with my made up veg curry, sauce made from odd bits in the freezer. Some packet rice as well. Slice of failed lemon drizzle cake with a dollop of strawberry ice cream for pudding.

Crispy shredded beef in chilli, garlic and spring onion sauce. It was a banger, definitely doing that again!

This morning I did not eat breakfast food but instead I warmed up leftover pizza from last evening.

Have you ever done something like that, that is, eat something nontraditional for breakfast?
