Dulcha with rice. Put some sweet potato in it was well as the slices of courgette.Its a lamb and veg dish.

Used up the rest of the gnocchi, green beans tomatoes and some Italian sausages and smoked bacon. Same as last night but I  still enjoyed it

Thursday I had a chicken breast sandwich on a big warm toasted bun.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

This evening I had a ham and cheese sandwich.


Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. I never heard of Dulcha. Did it taste good?

Its a meat and veg curry, veg is either marrow or courgette but I added sweet potato. Tamarind paste in it as well as mashed chickpeas.

Minted lamb steak with pork and black pudding sausages, tender stem broccoli, baby carrots, sweet potato mash and gravy. Strawberries and cream for desert. I am proper stuffed!

Made a chilli too for another day.

Black pudding is delicious!

You will have to trust me on that because when I tell you it is made from pig's blood, suet (fat), and oats you probably won't want to eat it! It is seasoned with onions, salt, and spices such as white pepper, coriander, and cumin. It's commonly found fried on the full english breakfast but it's great to add into pies or sausage meat too.

My favoutite is Rabbit and Black Pudding Pie. Can't get rabbits all that often so it's a real treat.

Traditional pubs used to have cubes of boiled black pudding in bowls alongside pickled onions and cubes of cheese for people at the bar to nibble on. Word to the wise. Never ever take any as the drunken male pub goers sometimes forget to wash their hands!

Well we get chorizo in deli's and supermarkets yes, I've never had chorizo in spain though so not sure if it's good or not. Seems to taste like it does in spanish restaurants though. I do like it.

It is a blood sausage Kellie. I don't know why people seem to baulk at the idea really. Lots of countries have blood sausage. Maybe it's the black colour?

I'd definitely try it. I'm a foodie and enjoy trying all kinds of new food. Probably the worst thing I've eaten is okra. I don't like it!!!

The only time I've had Okra is at indian restaurants as Bhindi Bhaji, I liked it there but it is in a curry. Frankly I'd eat octopuss ar*eholes if they were in a curry ha ha!
