Yesterday I had tomato basil soup and salad.

Thursday I had some spiral sliced maple sugared ham sandwiches, with cheese.

Lunch, then dinner.

Turkey Jalfrezi with a Pav Bhaji sandwich as I dont have any soft white rolls. Pav Bhaji is a mashed up veg dish served in a lightly toasted buttered roll as street food so used up some odd bits from the fridge.

Sunday I had big scallops late in the evening.  Very yummy.

A baked potato also.
