Little Update: Finally had to shave cause my mustache was getting a bit thick. On the bright side, I'm growing facial hair pre-hrt which I'm very happy about. Being a hairy Latino is great
Love who you love, do what you want, and live life to the fullest. They're gonna talk about you anyways so might as well make their conversation interesting. Live as yourself, not someone everyone else wants you to be.

Very Cool Adrian! Things will likely go in to turbo mode with HRT.

Enjoy the liberation some hair in the right places can provide!

Hugs!

Let go of the things that no longer serve you... Let go of the pretense of the false persona, it is not you... Let go of the armor that you have worn for a lifetime, to serve the expectations of others and, to protect the woman inside... She needs protection no longer.... She is tired of hiding and more courageous than you know... Let her prove that to you....Let her step out of the dark and feel the light upon her face.... amg🌸

I'm not ready for that, but hopefully I'll get on HRT soon! For now I'm just trying to get used to everything

Oooo that sounds great right about now, but I don't feel like driving to Amarillo. Hope it's good!

Well I guess it's about time I update. I'm doing better now, still figuring myself out a bit, but I'm happier. I found a few friends that I can honestly say accept the real me. They're dorky and awkward, but they're my family. Haven't told the family yet, but we're getting there. Going to college next fall. I'm not sure where yet, but luckily I got time. I'm almost halfway through my senior year. Life is looking up my friends!

And a little note to all the people who are in the same situation I was in: You will make it. I know it feels like life is falling apart. It feels like everything hurts and nothing is going your way. You have to weather the storm before you see the rainbow. You are strong enough to get through it. I believe in you. Love you honey. ❤️❤️

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for sharing your story and the update. I've struggled with the feelings of loneliness. For me, it's that feeling that no one understands me. I'm grateful for the trans friends I have but there are very few IRL queer people where I'm living. I make a point of reaching out to friends from the community when I'm able.
