However, I have heard my English friends don't get good breakfast sausage (links, bulk or patties). I like to take the bulk sausage fry it up make a thick gravy and put it over buttermilk biscuits. Put some eggs and tapatio sauce with hashedbrown potatoes. Now that is a southern breakfast

You're never supposed to ask what's* in the sausage! 🤣

Here's an ingredient list for 42% pork sausages.

42% Pork, water, toast (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and thiamine and salt), pork rind, pork fat, WHEAT flour, SOY concentrate (SOY flour, SOY PROTEIN, (xanthan gum), salt, stabil E451, flavor enhancer E621, spices, dextrose, preservative E223 (SODIUM METABISULPHITE), antiox E300 and flavorings.

That is quite the list.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Chip shop sausages and actual sausages are quite the different thing in Britain. Dev gets this. People go to a chippy in the same way they go to get a kebab on a Friday night. It is not gourmet food. It just satisfies the munchies. I was quite partial to a battered sausage back in the day.

Decent, butchered sausage with genuine mash is an experience. You need a potato ricer for that, though. And like Davina stated... gravy you have to eat with a fork.
