I have done that. Usually with a comb. Ouch, but not that bad. I wear the hoops with a spring-clip backing. It holds them in, but can be pulled out without damage to my ears.

I have one in each ear. Thinking of getting another in each ear. We'll see. I got mine pierced in the 90s and have worn earrings daily since. Most of the time it's these little hinged hoop ones and they are in 24/7. I got a couple sets of dangling ones I'll wear when I go into the city. Don't wait, get it done. You'll love it.

I had my ears pierced a few years ago.  It was such a big deal to me.  I had purchased an ear piercing kit through my jewelry supplier years previous but couldn't find the right time to use it.  I decided to take the kit with me to my annual exam with my Dr and asked her if she would do it. We had a few minutes of fun-laughing and we still talk about it at each annual exam. I told her she wins Dr of the year after that. Earrings have turned into something I really enjoy wearing.

That is a neet way to keep a ear ring in place, I have never seen that before

I have been wearing a pair of small silver kind of thick hoops my wife recently bought for me as a gift. I love them as they are from her and they swing a bit to remind me they are there.

Sadly, I kept catching them until I lost one.

So I reverted to the actual diamond studs that she gifted me a quarter of a century ago before I gave up girl me due to disgust at my body.

I was warned not to lose these because they are real, so we searched through (unbeknown to me) a fishing tackle box of random shiny earrings. I couldn't find a matching pair.

This morning my gorgeous wife came home with 2 cards of shiny earrings and gave them to me.

There are so many I can't wear out as I'm presenting as male, but I can wear around the house.

I put them on her jewelry hanging rack and made sure it is a share arrangement.

Small beautiful steps. I so love my wife

I have two un my left and none in my right. I've had the two for 40 years.  My work dosen't allow jewelry so I can't get the right side done for now. I will probably get two in the left as soon as I can.

So how many earrings does everyone have?

I was looking for a pair to wear when my wife brought out 2 fishing tackle boxes full.

They were all over the place and it was hard to match pairs

I was gifted 16 pairs for myself after that.

I get it. Even dressed as male I want to change my earrings all the time and any earring that swings in my ears gets triple points.

I'm going to have to sort through the jewerly and work out what's there.

Makeup is the same

But I can't be critical because left alone, I would be worse. Way,way worse

I have one in each ear. Love it! And it only took me 40 years to build up the courage to do it!

I was scared too cos I feint really easily with needles and such, but was fine. I would recommend going to a specialist that uses a needle to do it. Having a professional do it was what made it so easy.

I went to Claire's for my 60th birthday. They did a good job. Quick and painless. I got some cleaning solution and a few studs, plus the rhinestone starters.

After they healed up, I expanded to hoops. Small at first, then bigger.

No ear piercing. I got my lip pierced when I was 18. Which is now old enough to drink. 21 years ago.

Earrings can make for a nice look.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.
