Quote from: Stottie Girl on Today at 03:20:05 PMI would never have thought you would be old enough to be out there on a trail when the landings happened.

I can confirm. I am older than dirt.

Our high school valedictorian was a guy named Moses.

Quote from: ChrissyRyan on Today at 01:20:55 PMI went for a walk in the park.  Wore my fuchsia clingy top, white pants, cute hiking shoes, and a light down filled jacket.  Also wore a long wig and put it in a nice ponytail.

Loved the fresh air, saw some birds, a rabbit, and I enjoyed the walk in the woods.

Chrissy, I read your post, and got inspired and went out to the woods, and went for a 3 mile walk.

That is nice.  I wore some newer hiking shoes I bought at REI, they still need more breaking in.

As the weather improves I will be out taking walks more often.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Quote from: Stottie Girl on Today at 01:13:36 PMI love hiking, I'm not currently as fit as I was and am having a bit of an issue with sciatica but as soon as that's sorted I'll be back out there.

Sciatica is rough. I had it really bad a few years ago. I had it a few years ago when I hurt my back lifting weights. I was hurt for a solid four months.
