My big toenail is kind of asymetrical where the base is half the width of the top.
My second toe is longer than my big toe but my big toe is about 5 times as wide.
My 4 toe curls sideways crowding in under number 3. The toenail points east on the right and west on the left foot.
Both small toes have split toenails from having kicked into pieces of furniture.
I guess it saves on nailpolish.

Nobody has perfect feet.
We stand on them all day, abuse them by cramping in shoes and only look after them when they hurt or we end up with diabetes.
You wouldn't believe how many old farts go in for pedicures.
If you can afford it, do it.
I go for pedicure with shellac polish and spa treatment.
PS. I do take quite a bit of delight looking around at some pretentious old biddy who looks like she sucks lemons all the time while she gives me stick eye because there is a feminine guy getting his toenails painted a shade of red. Or someone refusing to acknowledge I'm in the same space as them.
Their problem not mine.
Just be nice to the people working there as they have to put up with really nasty people all the time
