Alana... I would just like to humbly say that just from talking to you, you are beautiful without any of that. But I know it matters to you. :)

I deeply appreciate that, Lauren. 🫶🏻

I was pulling my hair into a ponytail today when I noticed something in the mirror I wasn't expecting... my lips have gotten bigger. They're not huge, but definitely more pouty. I looked at an old picture, and my lips were definitely thinner in that picture... My face has definitely gotten softer recently, so hrt is doing its thing. Interestingly, I've caught myself talking with a higher pitch than I usually do without thinking about it.

Things are happening. ✨

Alana,

Interesting, that is.

I noticed that with some lip makeup products my lips can look fuller.
Shinier too.

But I do not use that.  I typically just use the LA brand from the dollar store.
I can have beautiful red lips with that inexpensive stuff.  I also will use a lip balm from time to time.

It is fun to see my lipstick marks on the coffee cups still.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Seeing my lipstick on my Starbucks cup is such a euphoric experience. It puts a huge smile on my face.

Yes, I can relate.  It is another affirmation that just us women can experience!

I do not stop by there often, unless I get an invite, probably because I can make really good coffee much cheaper than at coffee shops.

I figure at $5 a cup savings, say $20 a week, that is about $1,000 more a year to spend on something else.

My favorite lipstick in Mac honeylove. I love a good nude lip. I only get Starbucks a few times a month. When I get a pedicure, and after waxing appointments.

I signed up to run a bunch of 5k's over the weekend, and started training for them this morning. I found out very quickly into my first lap that my chest has grown a bit more since the last time I ran. It definitely wasn't the most enjoyable experience, but I put it aside, and got through my lap. I'll definitely will be investing in a few sports bras for running, and biking season.

I need a bra while jogging on the treadmill.  I am not big but they do move so a bra that holds them in is helpful.  Might be even more helpful at a faster pace.

I need a bra if I'm walking down the stairs! I might give myself a black eye if I started running without one lol!
