The thought of weighing my boobs has never occurred to me. I have a bizare mental image of that in my head!

Today is an important day for me. Today is the day I quit vaping. I filled my vape pen up for the last time, and when it's empty, it's going in the trash. I've vaped since I was 21, and I've never been able to quit. I'm
confident that I can quit this time.

I'm so pleased to hear this Alana, especially considering no one really knows the long term risks. I'm wishing you strength and determination to push through with this. You can definitely do this.

I was never a vaper it didn't exist when I smoked. I smoked from the age of 20-25 but I was quite a heavy smoker, like 30 a day at it's worst. I gave up by using a Nicotine "inhalator" which was sort of the same thing but bloomin awful on your throat. It isn't easy but I found the thing to do is find something to occupy your hands as the muscle memory is part of the habit.

Your body will thank you in the long run though.

Good luck!

Must go cold turkey and NEVER go back.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.
