I bought a pair of women's cargo shorts on Amazon, and they were delivered today. They pass as men's shorts, but are cut for a woman's shape. I was super excited to get them today. They fit perfectly, and hug my feminine shape perfectly. I will be ordering a few more pairs.

I got a couple pairs like that. I love them. One pair is denim and nice a stretchy.

I've been having a difficult last two days. However, one positive thing is I've been vape free for 7 days now. 🥳

You're doing well Alana. 7 days means you are about half way thought the body loosing it's dependancy on nicotine (around two to three weeeks usually). But you will be past the peak craving now. It's only going to get better from here!

I got a letter from my doctor's office last week. The doctor that prescribes my hrt is leaving in June. I was able to get an appointment to see her before she leaves. I was supposed to see her last month, but couldn't get an appointment. I'm anxious to find out if the doctors who will be taking her patients have any experience with prescribing hrt.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Most physicians are familiar with prescribing HRT for women for many reasons. It would be nice if they have experience in transgender medicine, but it should not be an issue if they don't. My Primary told me she has no experience with transgender patients, but she continued to renew my meds as needed until I got in to see the Endocrinologist.

I was making my rounds at work tonight, and it hit me how much better I'm breathing since I quit vaping. I'm running multiple 5k's in the next few months, and I'm very interested to see how my running performance is now that I don't vape. I run a 5k a few ticks under 50 minutes.
