Keep up the no vaping!

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I regained full lung capacity not long after stopping. I also had a horrendous smokers cough every morning for the whole time I smoke and that vanished within two days. Not sure if vaping causes the morning cough or not. But it shows how much stress the body was under.

I tended to have a bit of a cough later on at the end of the night. I went out to the woods this morning and was walking laps up and down a big hill. I wasn't huffing like I would if I still vaped.

I had an enjoyable weekend. However, I've just felt "off" all afternoon. I can't put my finger on what's wrong. It feels disappointing to feel off despite of having a fun weekend.

I had my appointment with my hrt doctor this morning. I had a med student talk to me before my visit, and ask me the standard doctor questions. It looks like my primary doctor will take care of my hrt when this doctor leaves. I had my Estrogen and Testosterone labs. I should've have the results of those tests back later today... I got refills on my hrt prescriptions, too.

The med students can be fun. They have so much desire to learn and some of them are more up to date on the newer standards. My wife is a residency director and gets med students in and out.
I'm glad you're keeping your hrt up.
I'm eager to hear how is the no vaping coming? I have a dip habit I'm going to work on very soon.

I enjoyed talking with the med student. She seemed very excited to be doing it. Quitting vaping has been doing good. At 10p tonight, it'll be two weeks since I quit.

It is real. To make it worse, I don't spit. I swallow. I think spitting is nastier. I don't use the big brick od chaw like the movies. I use a finly ground tobacco.

Sorry to dispelled your vision. I think it would be safe to say no one outside of the movies use those. A spit cup or bottle yes. And those are nasty.
I've been dipping off and on since I was 13. It's a harder nicotine habit to quit. You get more nicotine faster with dip. It goes right in to the blood stream
