Always ashamed to have my shirt off during gym class back then. Had no hair on my legs then and still do not have much. Now its a blessing. Chest hair is an other issue though.

The only time I had to go shirtless in gym is when I had to swim. We had to swim in PE class.

In 60 minutes, it's the weekend for me. I've had a much better day today than yesterday. I was acting and feeling like a moody teenage girl. I finally ordered a few pairs of women's jeans today, and will be eagerly awaiting them to be delivered tomorrow. I'm trying to push myself out of my comfort zone in the way I dress. I have a pair of Doc Martens that I'm hoping will help me with the "look" I'm going for.

You will likely have a number of days of soreness during the times that your breasts react to the E.  I do not recall mine needing support for comfort at these times.  They needed support as they grew to fill up the bigger cups, and sometime one breast was larger or smaller than the other.

What I experienced was great sensitivity for my nipples. 

I may ask for a slight increase in E.  I have doubts I will benefit but if it is deemed safe I may give it a try.  But my dose has been steady and sure for a number of years now. Cutting back may actually be better but I will ask my MDs of their opinions about this after they see the new blood draw's lab results. 

Camis are nice.  I wore one today.  So soft across my skin.

I'm a month or so into estradiol patches. My nipples also ache. If anyone or anything even brushes against them...OW! Pressing warm hands over them helps but to me it doesn't feel like they need support, just care like any ache. I'm getting used to it but also look forward to it reducing in intensity.

It will take many months for that sensitivity to go Krista. Whilst it hurt (and the itchiness was maddening at times) I really enjoyed the feeling as I knew that my body was changing. Wait till you start bumping into door frames all the time. As a male I can't remember ever bumping into door frames but my god once those boobies got saw I think I hit every frame I ever walked through ha ha! Ouchies!

The need for support? I never really felt it in boy mode (apart from when excercising as I don't want a black eye lol!) but I always wear proper support when dressed as the true me. It provides better shape, eliminates the obvious big nipples, it just looks and feels right.

I'm incredibly clumsy. I walk into everything. I haven't bumped my chest into anything yet, but I've smashed hand into my breast pushing the sleeve on my hoodie and OMG, did that hurt! I've never dropped choice words that loudly before!

One of the more frustrating aspects of being on hrt for me has been the ability to cry. It's completely alluded me for 15 of hrt save for a few times. I'd given up hope that it would ever happen. My patience has been greatly rewarded. Twice in the last six days, I've cried. It was well worth the wait.
