Quote from: Lori Dee on September 06, 2026, 05:20:31 PMOne thing that helped me years ago was leaving small affirmations around where I could find them. Sometimes selfies with my name on them, sometimes just a note: "Hey Lori! Have a Great Day!" These were not reminders of who I was striving to become. They were reminders of who I am. It helped me a lot to see myself and accept who I am.

I like that idea. Affirmations were pretty important to me before my egg cracked.

Quote from: Stottie Girl on Yesterday at 02:11:57 AMOoh well that's dangerous Alana. You aren't AI, you will always look in the mirror and feel disapointment if you have a idealised AI image to compare to, we all would. Use AI to change hairstyles, clothing etc but not facial features or body shape etc, it only leads to Dysphoria if you ask me. Learn to accept the beautiful woman you are in the mirror and then perfect your look manually, you will get more satisfaction that way eventually.

I'm slowly seeing her in the mirror. I'm definitely seeing my face get softer, and my body shape changing. My body shape has changed enough now that walk has completely changed.
