One thing that helped me years ago was leaving small affirmations around where I could find them. Sometimes selfies with my name on them, sometimes just a note: "Hey Lori! Have a Great Day!" These were not reminders of who I was striving to become. They were reminders of who I am. It helped me a lot to see myself and accept who I am.

I like that idea. Affirmations were pretty important to me before my egg cracked.

Ooh well that's dangerous Alana. You aren't AI, you will always look in the mirror and feel disapointment if you have a idealised AI image to compare to, we all would. Use AI to change hairstyles, clothing etc but not facial features or body shape etc, it only leads to Dysphoria if you ask me. Learn to accept the beautiful woman you are in the mirror and then perfect your look manually, you will get more satisfaction that way eventually.

I'm slowly seeing her in the mirror. I'm definitely seeing my face get softer, and my body shape changing. My body shape has changed enough now that walk has completely changed.

My center of gravity is low enough that I can do stuff that only females can do!

My golf swing is quite feminine in that I use my  flexibility and lower body strength to generate club head speed!  A lot of moving parts but I'm able to combine accuracy and distance at the same time!  This allows me to do well on longer Par 3s by accurately hitting the ball from tee to green with driver, the longest clubs in the bag.

I wore a different shirt to work today, and realized can no longer wear it. I felt so self conscious of my chest in that shirt. It felt like my breasts were so obvious. Tomorrow is my easy day at work, and I'm going to get a pedicure this weekend. I bought new nail polish, and I'm excited to use it.
