Huh, same for me. Always the right hand side. Mine started from leaning under wall mounted boilers over kitchen work benches. You had to contort yourself and work upside down in a position that I imagine is similar to what you have experienced on the cars. It has left me with a problem which is made worse by Lordosis. Once I get my gym set up I will be doing proper excercise to fix the lordosis which should help the back issues. I hope! Nerve pain is really draining.

Strangely I'm not sure I am experiencing the boob related back pain yet despite having a large bust. I think as more upper body muscular atrophy takes it's toll this might change and I can add upper back strain and shoulder grooves to my list of woes ha ha! Would not change a thing though lol!

I went back to urgent care this morning. I couldn't deal with the pain I was in. 3,hours of waiting, a shot, and a few prescriptions, and I'm starting to feel better. I've been in pain before, but this up there with some of the worst pain I've ever experienced.

Thanks, Tammy. I definitely won't be running those 5ks I have lined up at the end of the month.
