Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Happy Valentine's Day, Chrissy. I hope it's a lovely day for you and yours.

I had an early morning workout at the gym.

I do not use the shower and changing rooms. I just arrive, use the exercise facilities, and leave.  Unless I had lower surgery I would not use those facilities.  Until surgery I will change and shower at home, which is what I would likely do any way.

I feel the same with these things Chrissy, though shouldn't be that way. Starting to get more brave using bathrooms, but changing areas just seems more scary.

Wishing you lots of love.

In the USA we have a holiday today.  Many are off work, some do work.  If you have the day off, enjoy your day.  If you are working, I hope your day goes well.

It was the same with me. Until, I had my GCS I never used public showers or changing rooms. I used public restrooms and clothing store dressing rooms that had doors. I believe that is the sensible approach.

I am going for a walk later.  Do you like to walk or hike?  I find it nice to be outdoors and enjoy all the wonderful parts of nature.

I do not do many "exciting things" but I do enjoy these little things like taking in all birds, trees, streams, wildlife that you can see when being out on a trail.  I am waiting to enjoy the butterflies later this year.

I'm waiting for it to warm up and still be daylight when I get home from work. Then my bf and I regularly walk up the canal and a nature reserve that's a few minutes from my home. We love spring seeing the newly hatched ducklings and moorhens every day. Each visit we see different wildlife and flowers.

The evenings as the sun sets are special as the birds sing to each other and the atmosphere is really beautiful.  My mental health improves so much during the spring and summer months.

Do you have lots of nice places to walk near to you?

I just got invited to play Scrabble.  I was not planning to go out today as I have the day off.
I suggested they come over and they will, after stopping at KFC for some chicken and sides for us all.  Should be a fun few hours!

Yeah, I love the outdoors I go for walks regularly and visit our local nature reserves. I'm lucky to live in Northumberland, Englands least populated county and get to enjoy deserted beaches or remote wilderness and hills where you can't see sign of human civilisation for miles. It's good for the soul!

I also live within an hour (ish) of both the Lake District and Scotland so I usually holiday in one of those locations. The lakes are daytripable (is that a word?) for me too so it's a regular haunt.

Ooooh I love a good KFC!mmmmmm
