I'm considering when I get my GRS and BA in February adding on some jaw shaping or maybe hair transplantation as I've had a raise so can probably save enough by then. My jaw isn't too bad but it is the one giveaway at certain angles and I could be pushing that much closer to full passing with that done. The question is if they can do with with the other surgeries as that's now at least two surgeons to keep this under 8 hours under! Hair transplant would also really help and filling those triangles would perfect my hair and a little on top too. This however would most likely be separate to my main surgery as normally done under local. Also its a long process so may not work well during recovery. That's certainly something easy to get in Turkey though with cheaper flights.

But this does give me the option to maybe wrap up all my major surgeries in one last go leaving just the hair which is compelling.

To get all of your desired surgeries done in just one or two sessions
    HOWEVER
It is obviously up to your doctors.
IMHO, each surgery is a separate event with different recovery details. 

I am aware that it can be very difficult to have patience with all of this.  Serious conversations with your medical team is your next step.

No matter what you decide to do all of us on the forum are rooting for your success and happiness.

I'm checking in with the team and will go with what they suggest. I know Susan mentioned some time ago she had some extensive facial surgery at the same time as GRS, so that made me consider if I could wrap these all together. I do have the addition of breast augmentation, but that's quite routine and done using a minimally invasive process with a funnel. They even just glue the wound. I will be asking the duration though as I feel 8 hours should be the maximum for safety.

I didn't want jaw surgery with my FFS as having my nose and mouth bad simultaneously sounded like something I wouldn't appreciate at all. However I will likely be on a soft/liquid diet for at least a week for GRS which is also needed for jaw surgery so feels compatible. Its really down to the practicality for the surgeons.

Others here who have had jaw surgery have reported it is a very slow, painful healing process. It's up to you, but I would not want to be dealing with that much at once. I healed fairly quickly from facial surgery, but that was just skin, not bones.

Charlotte, gan canny hinny! That is a LOT of work you are proposing there! You have to think of the recovery here. GRS takes a hell of a lot out of you to have to deal with BA and Jaw surgery too, it wouldn't be me even if I had loads of money to throw at it. I know you want everything done all at once but your recovery would be miserable!
