Hi Rinsford!
Transitioning is just a process, not a goal. It is a slow process, and we take many years of doing things to help us along the way. At some point, we get to where we are mostly content with where we are. Then we spend the rest of our lives being that person, living life as that person.
We may not have "completed" transition. There may still be things we want to adjust or have done, but every human does that. They think about what they want in life and take steps to make it happen. That might be moving to someplace they love, finding the "perfect" job, or meeting someone special. That is all just part of living life.
You are young, so you have a lot of time to think about what you want to do and how you want to get there. No one can tell you what is right for you. You will know.
In the meantime, you can work on the things you can control and plan for the things down the road. Plans will change over time, but at least you will have given them plenty of thought. Then, when you make a decision, you will know it is the right one.
Hugs!
