Salutations, greetings, hello, hola, Nihao,

Not sure how I stumbled on this place but it seems safe and full of open minded members.  Have been a CD among other things and have both enjoyed and struggled with it over time.

Hello Dee, welcome.  💚

Sarah B

Hi Dee

My name is Sarah and I would also like to formally, Welcome you to Susan's Place!

I see that other members of Susan's have also welcomed you as well.

The three D's. . .  doubt, discovery and daring.  With a username like Deedee3d it sounds like you are already exploring things in full 3D.

First of all there is absolutely nothing wrong with cross dressing.  Many people explore that side of themselves at different points in life and it can simply be a way of understanding yourself a little better.

Also I want to say you are brave to post something about yourself.  Taking that first step and writing something publicly is often the hardest part.  The good news is that you are safe here on Susan's.  This place has helped many people talk about things they have never been able to say anywhere else.

And honestly it does not matter how you stumbled across Susan's Place.  The important thing is that you found us.  I actually stumbled upon Susan's myself because of Jazz Jennings and my understanding increased immensely after reading and listening to people here.  This was many years after I changed my life around, which means it is never too late to discover who you are.

Take your time, read around and ask questions when you feel ready.  You will find a lot of understanding people here.

Once you feel comfortable here, it would be appreciated if you add a little bit more about yourself in the other forums and threads.  I would appreciate it very much as, I'm always interested in learning something new about new members.

In addition members of Susan's will more than likely discuss problems or issues that are similar to yours as most have experienced these issues as well.

Please keep in mind when posting that this is an ALL AGES PUBLIC Forum and the internet never forgets.  Do not post anything that you do not want to be made public.

Take care and all the best for the future.

Once again, Welcome to Susan's Place!

Best Wishes Always

Hi Dee!

   Welcome!

Chrissy
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Susan

Welcome to Susan's Place, Dee! 🎉

What a wonderful way to introduce yourself — greetings in multiple languages and a Vonnegut quote? You're already off to a great start. That's one of my favorite quotes of his, and it really does capture something important about being present for the good moments.

That honesty about both enjoying and struggling with crossdressing over time — I think a lot of people here will relate to that. It's rarely a straight line, and having a place where you can talk openly about all of it, the joy and the complicated parts, makes a real difference.

You mentioned you're not sure how you stumbled in here, but however it happened, we're glad you're here. Take your time, look around, and jump into conversations whenever you feel comfortable. There's no pressure and no rush.

Again, welcome — and as Vonnegut would say, if this isn't nice, I don't know what is. 😊
