You have to push it down and between your legs and don't pull your panties up to tight. There's other ways to keep things as they should/need to be also.

Also, you can pop the twins back up where they came from before tucking back which makes things easier when you are starting out. Mine have shrunk so much now they won't stay in there but everything is smaller so it's a non issue.

Good hygiene down there is obviously very important.

When wearing a thong there is very little material to contain any "accidents"...
... so if you feel that you have to go you better get to a restroom ASAP or
you might find out that you already did go!!!

In my handbag I always carry a few packets of cleaning wipes to take care of
cleaning everything after taking care of business... and I always have an extra
pair of panties...keeping everything clean is especially true for female
parts down there to help avoid UTIs [ Urinary Track Infections)

you might find out that you already did go!!!

I like tanga bikinis.  I have a few briefs, however with my stomach I find they roll down, whereas the tangas sit fine under my stomach.  Also I've noticed recently that after being on HRT for close to 4 years, what parts I have down there hide very easily in side me without tucking.

Same on the tucking. You should give full briefs a try. I have the stomach problem and switching to those is soooooo much more comfortable! Looks sexy in a burlesque sort of way if you get the silky lacey ones.
