In my previous home, my wife had to walk sideways between her bed and the wall in order to get out from her side. It was easier for her to exit the bed at the foot of it! Add to that tiny closets and angled ceilings.

In our new home, we're talking about putting a sofa in the master bedroom. It's not huge, really, but it's blowing my mind.
