I just repainted my living room ceiling, yes the one I just finished painting with eggshell, with ceiling paint and it made quite a difference.

Aw thanks Gina! I don't think it was a particularly flattering picture personally but I'll take the compliment ha ha!

That ceiling is wall papered with wood chip and it has to come off as it is hanging off further down the corridor! nightmare! I'll go with either a matt or vinyl silk I think,so far all of the ceilings have been pristine once I removed the paper so fingers crossed this is another one!

Not really been doing any updates really as I've been having a mare with my new kitchen. I just got the worktop prepped the sink section, Routered bolt holes, cut out for the kitchen sink. Delicately removed the laminate edge ready for bolting the adjacent workbench to it. Lifted the adjacent worktop and chipped the laminate off the front edge of the kitchen sink section. Aaaaaargh! Had to start again, set me back a whole day! I've ended up having to use a slightly shorter piece of worktop but I think I'm back on track. I have no spare worktop available if I make another cockup.

Had an engineer in today fitting electric and gas smart meters so that has been a bit of a waste too. Hopefully fit the kitchen sink tomorrow.

That 1 hour grace period I had for that picture has given me a taste of what I've been missing. I want to get in asap now.

Measure and weigh day domorrow too so I might be in a grumpy mood if I haven't gotten smaller and lighter!

Hell no! This is my swansong when it comes to rennovations!

My 10 day progress is 6 lbs lost, 1 inch off natural waist, 1" off hips but more importantly 3" off the high hip muffin top and 1 inch off my upper arm. That is a very good result as far as I'm concerned. Plus I have gained 1" on my standing and leaning bust measurements. Likely just fluid retention from Progesterone but nice to see those go in the other direction, though a 55" standing bust is proving difficult to find clothes for. My lower half is into UK18/20 territory now but the bust is making my upper half go into UK22-24. That mis-match is problematic for me. I will have to stick to separates for now I think, bit of a bummer.

It's a pain in the preverbial Gina! All worktops cut and bolted together. Will fit sink and maybe hob tomorrow, then back to work.

Yay! Sink and hob working now! I am bloody knackered now though. I'm battered and bruised, back is killing me but for once I'm not covered in cuts and grazes. I'm looking forward to 2 days back at work for a bit of relaxation!

Wall cupboards can start going on the walls at the weekend, get the sparky back next week to finish off the electrics.

I think I could well be moving in next week at this rate. Then I can get to more important things like sorting out all my girly stuff!

Ha!I wish it was fixed up! I have my Bedroom done and half a Kitchen, that's it! Still got the rest of the kitchen to do, hallway,, spare bedroom/study, lounge and dining room needs wall paper removing, Got to go around patch repairing all the holes in the plasterwork left by the electrician, Install a new fireplace suite, Repaint literally everything, lay laminate flooring in dining room and kitchen, Put new flooring in my sunroom/gym, Carpet all the other rooms, replace the front door and garage doors, light fittings needed in every room bar my bedroom, fit out my new workshop garage. Oh and install a new bathroom! so yeah, nearly done!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It will be in a state I can live in probably next week though.

Well, the garage roof was replaced and the sunroom roof is being replaced in mid October. Both of these done by external contractors (I know, the shame of it!). Forgot to add flooring the attic too!

Was proper poorly yesterday so not much progress was made on my Kitchen. Feel a bit bettter today so hopefully get my wall cupboards hung today.

I have recently started taking progesterone for the first time in a bid to try and improve the shape of my boobs. Volume wise I have significant volume and can now fill a 40GG (UK) bra but as they are late Tanner 3 or early Tanner 4 they do not really procect forward, they hang low (4" below the IMF) and are pretty blunt of flat fronted on the gladular disc. In short, braless they aren't a nice shape at all.

I started Progesterone 12 days ago with rectal administration (ewww!) and for the first time in years I am seeing real breast gro->-bleeped-<-. I have notable dense, firm lobular gro->-bleeped-<- all across the top and front of the glandular disc, the outer quadrants and tail of spence and at the very top of my roots. This is not fluid retention. I'm getting stretchmarks on my outer poles of my breasts too. The doughnut type depression behind my areola is really starting to fill in too. It's very early days and other than a slight projection of my upper poles the visual appearance has not really changed but I think these are promising signs at least. I am more then a little surprised I have had any effect this soon.

I realise a lot of you if not most of you have already experienced this sort of stuff but for me it is very exciting.

I think I am getting such a rapid response because I have accidently been following a natural progression that CIS girls have in puberty. Their breast formation happens in two stages, Estrogen builds the base then Progesternone is added later when ovulation starts. For financial reasons I could not afford to take Progesterone early.

I think I have genetics on my side and I had a lot of bulk when I started which helped but this two stage process might be worth trying maybe for someone starting out.

I am wary posting this sort of stuff for fear of it being viewed as boasting or tall tales or worse, triggering. Believe me the current shape of my boobs are not something I like to see in the mirror so I am not happy with the way I am right now. I also have very noticable asymetry, my left boob is nearly a cup smaller than my right boob. Maybe it will catch up under this new gro->-bleeped-<- phase.

Yeah, I'm no expert by any means Charlotte, I just thought it might be helpful to document my personal experience here. But from my interpretation of it all, it seems that starting Progesterone BEFORE your estrogen phase is complete can prematurely cause the initial development to stop in it's tracks and try to complete maturation in an underdeveloped breast. I do wonder if that is what has happened to yourself. You could try stopping the Progesterone to see if that triggers an restart of the breast development maybe though from what I have read that restart can take quite a long time to start up again.

As I say I am basing this on MY own experience and my search to find out why things are happening to ME. YMMV but it might be food for thought.
