What color hair do you prefer to wear?

My natural colour, a sort of silver grey blonde with white and salt and pepper streaks in it.
Started going grey at 18 and coloured and bleached til 57, 11 years ago. Been every colour from platinum blonde to jet black. My favourite colours were black cherry and platinum blonde. It started to hurt my scalp and around the same time I got an eye infection and quit makeup too.

I usually prefer pink or purple. Yes I might be too old for these colours but I was never able to do this in my youth so I don't care. Also I am far less worried about what is "proper" since I socially transitioned.

Blonde as I am a natural blonde.

I wish I was a red head though, I think they look awesome. Maybe I'll try that one day.

Not sure really. Chose red because it looks really feminine. I might go for goth style purple and black next.

@Northern Star Girl I stopped dyeing mine a couple years ago and let nature take its course. I was salt and pepper in my twenties, friends and family said "It looks distinguished". In the barracks they called me Whitey. 🤣

My tortoise shell hair doesn't take colour too well.

Only since I started growing it out has all sorts of colours come out.

I have been putting silver grey colour in just to even it.

It's pretty thin in places but I'm trying to ignore that

Originally, I had dark brown. In summer, blonde streaks would show up.

Since transitioning, I have been mostly blonde. I prefer strawberry blonde or honey blonde with streaks of red. Now, I am red, which has lightened up to where I wanted it.
