Hello all,

It's been a couple of months since I've been on Susan's.

Work and life in general has been quite busy and by the end of the day, I can't wait to decompress.

It's exactly 9 weeks and counting till my surgery date, that being 6th August 2026.

Earlier this week, my new Australian passport arrived which I was so excited to receive.

It was a bit of a process with my change of sex on my birth certificate and then that paved the way for my passport but it was definitely well worth it.

Now that's complete, I can get my flights and accommodation sorted next week.

I have been doing a lot of research on what I need to know about entering Thailand and the requirements needed.

There is a new app called THIMS which was created by the Thai Government to help make the entry process a bit more streamlined.

It is a requirement that up to 72 hours before you go through Thai customs, you need to fill out the
TDAC - Thai Digital Arrival Card.

This new THIMS app has this on there along with other information you need to enter, flights, duration of trip and purpose etc.

The Thai customs officials can access this information for ease of processing.

Originally, my plan was to have GRS, my ears pinned back and have my nose corrected (rhinoplasty).

The consult team have advised that the rhinoplasty will not go ahead as the surgeon won't do it.

I am a little baffled by this as they advertise that they do them on their website so I'm not sure what has happened there. Anyway, it's probably a blessing in disguise.

The fun stuff will happen soon too with buying new luggage and a universal plug / adapter for my lap top, phone and other bits and pieces.

It's been emphasised not to pack too much, as buying things in Bangkok is quite inexpensive.

I read a topic earlier about the 2 psychologist assessments that you have prior to surgery and have no concerns about them. I've been living my best life since I was 17 and know that I am so ready for this final chapter.

It only seemed like a few weeks ago that I finally made the decision to go ahead with surgery (it's been 6 months!!) and here I am on the home stretch.

My best friend of 37 years, Sarah is coming along for the journey to support me and look after me which, I'm forever grateful.

I'm so excited to do the touristy sightseeing stuff for the few days I will have free before my surgery day. I know I won't be able to do much after.

The other thing I plan to do is document the experience with a series of videos and if I have the courage, put them on You Tube.

Anyway, that's where I'm currently at.

Feel free to ask any questions and I'll answer as best as I can.🙂

May the Goddess light your way with calm and clarity.
Blessed Be
Victoria
