HI All,

Hope you are well wherever you are and whatever you're doing.

It's now 5 weeks till till my journey of a lifetime to Bangkok, Thailand for GRS.

This afternoon I left work a little early to go to the Dr's to have all the testing needed for the Consult team.

These tests included bloods, urinalysis, ECG and chest x ray.

My regular Dr is off on maternity leave so I was seen by another Dr who was just so lovely and accommodating.

Dr Emma asked what I was having done and I told her GRS.

There was no look of disapproval or judgement, in fact she was very interested and could not do enough to assist. Kept asking if there was anything more that I needed or questions and then, didn't charge me for the consult. I was so appreciative!!

Medical professionals such as this are so much more needed in health care.

Now that is all done, I have to await the results to email across to the team.

Good news as I got my ECG results straight away, it was perfectly fine and normal.

The only thing that is left to do is to start compiling a list of what I'm taking which, I doubt will be much as I intend to shop over there and will be wearing sarongs mostly in hospital and the motel in recovery.

It will be Summer over there and very hot so not needing a lot at all.🔥🔥🔥🔥

May the Goddess light your way with calm and clarity.

That sounds exciting! I'm trying to get the same surgery done this year too. Not in Thailand but in the US.

Victoria, it looks like the planets are aligning for you.

Congratulations and good luck

How are your nerves? I would be both excited and terrified at the same time

Hey Jillian.

I'm really good actually. I'm excited for the adventure and I know I'm going to be asleep through the procedure so it doesn't worry me at all.

Great news and can definitely imagine the excitement! I cant imagine how hot it will be over there now. I'm hoping it's cooler in February when I'm there for GRS or will stay in for the 3 weeks!

Look forward to hearing  how it all goes.
