Third time is indeed my lucky charm after two previous attempts obtaining my Wpath letters and talking with surgeons, I finally have received a surgery date December 2, 2026, I'll be getting a peritoneal pull thru at the youthful age of 69 years & 96 days. It's funny how all the drama and energy circling around surgery has completely subsided since I now have a date in hand, I guess it's a relief for me, I can take a breather now and wait
