Uh oh. She found an anomaly in the matrix.

Craving for pickles.
Blood test to confirm pregnancy um, hormone levels.
"To adjust medication dosage." < wink, wink >

Don't worry, Tammy. You are safe.

Seriously, though, do you feel better after the therapy sessions?
Do you feel like they are helping in some small way?

That's the important part.

Yes they help and I usually look forward to them to help me deal with the week. I was not looking forward to yesterdays though. I knew I was in a bad place and I didn't want to talk about it. Again don't tell my therapist but just telling her helped a ton. I did cost me half a box of klennix but it was worth it

I'm glad that it helps and it makes you feel better afterward.

My own experience is similar. Sometimes, I was feeling really down and afraid to address it with my "government-employed" psychologist. But afterward, I felt better just being able to talk about it with someone who "gets it."

Sometimes, we didn't even talk about issues. One day, we spent an hour-long session discussing nail polish vs. press-on nails and nail covers. It had nothing to do with my issues, but afterward, I felt much better just talking to her.

Fortunately, your therapist has a therapist.

Yep, it's me again, Socket Seekers.

This morning I went to the institutional vampires to have them sample my blood for all the signs I am crazy and my hormone levels. I have never had them extract my oxygen transportation cells before, so I expected someone with a syringe the size of an oil tanker and a needle to look more like a railroad spike. Instead, the super professional vampire used a microscopic needle that I couldn't see and vacuumed out 2 vials of what I can assume is mostly Taco Bell hot sauce and cheese from my arm in seconds.

I was told to get out—well, she actually said, "You are all done, have a great day." I asked her if that was all and she said, "Yes." This is clearly part of my therapist's evil plan to make me less paranoid. I am not buying into it. I know she is behind this fake behavior. They are setting me up to be completely drained of all my will to resist human contact. THEY WILL NOT WIN!

In another act of institutional defiance, I am working on rewriting my earlier blog posts to remove my "oh poor me" voice and add my completely rational and sane voice to them. This is proving to be challenging since the voices in my head refuse to assist in reminding me what I was feeling when I wrote them.

I was sure that most are about tacos and Jeeps, but that is proving to be incorrect. I apparently covered the sources of my agoraphobia and feelings of shame for being trans. There are some really dark posts that I wrote that will take a lot of time to work out how to address. The one about me wanting to try conversion therapy to try to go back is really troubling.

The easy ones will be the ones like the multinational pickle cartel that is trying to infect the food supply, but I don't know if that is my paranoia or a real thing. I do remember being shocked to see pickles on fish sandwiches. I found that highly disturbing, and last night I was looking for a healthy meal that I could eat. Gemini must be programmed by the cartel because it tried to convince me to have a pickle instead of BBQ chips. I think this cartel is more powerful than we realized.

So my Lexapro starts wearing off around now. This all might be a side effect of that, but I think they are out to get me. RESIST THE PICKLE CARTEL!

Useless Recap
  • The Vampire was efficient and friendly.
  • I may be 90% Taco Bell hot sauce.
  • Jeep content is lacking; expect me to correct that.
  • My therapist and the Pickle Cartel may be colluding.

Disclaimer: Taco Bell, I paid for that hot sauce. Please don't tap my arm to refill your supply.

I personally plead for your pardon. Producing such profound pickle paranoia was a poorly planned piece of provocation.

Hey Tammy, when it comes to the vampires and pain, I sweat.

I have had some things that really hurt.

Some things I'd rather die if I knew how much it hurt.

But a vampire sucking my blood is not one of them.
Even though my soul leaves a perfectly formed damp impession of my existance.

I'm probably 7 or 8 days until my next prick, which really doesn't even register (I recently had 2nd ear piercings in both ears that I hoped would hurt just enough to distract my daily pain, but alas, nothing)
but I am really excited about my next blood test because my body has changed.

It's probably next to nothing, but I need to know.

Sometimes anticipation of a little bit of pain is exciting
And then one day you stop to find,
10 years have got behind you,
no one told you when to run,
you missed the starting gun

The Vampire that drained me was so good at it that I was out of there in 3 minutes. So I would assume there are varying levels of skills. I assume she was turned you cause she looked to be in her 20's but you extracted my blood like a 1000 year old vampire.

So I would try a different place you might need a more experienced vampire to extract blood into the vials they use to clone use into a food source.

Are my Vampire jokes getting old yet? I hope not.

Quote from: tammy753 on Today at 02:07:22 PMSo I would assume there are varying levels of skills.

Definitely this.

I have had nurses unable to find a vein and end up calling a Nurse Supervisor who was certified to install central lines. Some had to use pediatric butterfly needles. Then, when I started going to the VA, I met my favorite vampire. She got it the first time, every time, and never left a bruise.

I told her I really appreciated her skill, and she could go ahead and draw a couple extra vials to take home. Call it a tip.

Always tip your Vampire!

I am going to make a confession. I wrote 5 blog posts today. I know that is ridiculous but I really like writing these blog posts. I use Gemini to edit them cause I can't spell and Grammar is my enemy. I think I broke it today if that is possible. SO that climate change you are feeling today is my fault.

I did write today's post today but there are 4 more waiting to post. I promise I will wait a couple days before I inflict them on you.

I use Grammarly to check spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Sometimes it gets things wrong, but most of the time it is reliable.
