Tammy's Crazy Ambitions (Sponsored by Self-Doubt)

[tammy753]

Well, I have done what all of you didn't want. I created a standalone blog site.

I know clicking on an extra bookmark is extra hard. As a Gen-Xer, I too think, "Why bother?" Well, I can't answer that for you. I do know that I have rewritten a lot of posts in the last 2 weeks to make them funnier. I also know I want you all to join and come and make jokes with me. It will be free and I will be posting twice a week over there.

I will still post to my blog here, but it may need to be edited severely for the forum. I also think my style of blog isn't really right for a support forum. I will still come here 300 times a day when I am avoiding work.
So please check it out. It was very expensive to set up and I put in a lot of effort to get it all uploaded.

Side note: Did you know a commercial license for a font is $75? That is one font that doesn't even have lowercase characters...

Love it Tammy! I'll have to try the recipes! Hope that is a regular feature. I signed up, am I first? do I get a prize or site privileges?

[tammy753]

You are the first real person to sign up. My other personalities signed up first but my therapist says they don't count.

I love it. Love the name.

I'm hooked. I signed up.

I'll send it to my therapist so I have someone else to blame. She can put away the straitjacket.

Congrats on the launch, Tammy!

Thanks I know you weren't a fan of the idea but I want to thank you for being the second one to sign up. Its not perfect and I just made some grammar changes to the about pages so please point out issues, you can't offend me.

Even if you get it perfect, six months from now, you'll read something and realize you missed something. I'm always adjusting and tweaking stuff. Have fun with it. I love it.

I know I have the Tuesday blog written but I just rewrote part of it. It just didn't flow right. I think its ready. I am going to try and get into a schedule of posting 2-3 a week. I have 5 ready to go so I think I can maintain that pace. Wish me luck.

I know no one is really interested in my blog but I just tried my hand at a music review. Can 1 or 2 of you take a look and tell me if its ok? I normally would ask Sarah but its 10 or 11 pm over there and it seems intrusive.

Hey I'm not an infant! I'm still up you know!!

As you know I have already looked at it and enjoyed it even though I have never heard of any of the tracks!!

If you haven't taken a butchers at Tammy's blog yet I urge you all to sneak a peak. It really makes me laugh and there is a brownie recipe on there I am keen for someone to try out. I'm on a damn diet so I can't be doing that right now! I'm sure Tammy isn't trying to poison us or anything!

I love it. I don't listen to much music, but I do like the Dollyrots. Good job on the review.
5 Lexapros!

@Stottie Girl & @Lori Dee Thank you both so much for checking it out! I wasn't sure how my take on a review would land, but I'm really happy with the direction the writing is heading.
Tomorrow's post is a big step up for me, and I can't wait for you to see it. To make sure I follow the forum rules and avoid the content filters, I'll be keeping the full articles over on the blog. I'll still post a quick heads-up here whenever a new piece drops!
I'd love to share my comedy with more of you as the site grows. It's completely free to read, and there's no pressure to comment over there—you are always welcome to share your thoughts right here in this thread. Thanks for sharing this journey with me.

That's not a brownie recipe, it's a blondie recipe. You can tell because brownies have pickles in them.

Your brownies are gross.

[Devlyn ✅]

Your brownies are pale. 😀

Your brownies are pale. 😀

Pale and delicious. I am pale and bitter.

[Devlyn ✅]

So an IPA then.

Impatient Purple Agoraphobe?

I am only purple on the inside.

[Devlyn ✅]

Apparently the brown in your brownies is agrophobic too.

[tammy753]

Its ok I don't like that part. It is free to hide.

Break out the champaign I made it through a therapy session without crying!

I did get homework to do but I have defeated my nemesis today!
