Here's my bitchrant...
I have been on call where I work 24/7 for the last two and a half months since another person quit. Without revealing what I do for a living, this means my phone rings at all hours of the day and night, particularly when the weather is crappy. I have lost a lot of sleep the last few months. I have had to drag sick kids out to work with me. I have actually lost money and had to work harder and longer hours. And I can't travel more than an hour from where I live! It SUCKS and I am tired as hell of it.
All this finally got to me today and I broke down and cried my eyes out for an hour, much of that right in my boss' office. The only good thing about that is that I think they finally realize I am burned out and at the end of my rope and they will finally hopefully hire some additional help...
There, I feel better now. Except there wasn't a single expletive in my entire post. I'll have to fix that later LOL
