We recommend everyone to make sure please that they have there secret question and answer area of there profiles setup. This is the easiest way for you to get access to you account should you forget your password at any time. If you should forget your password the question will be asked and as long as you can answer with the answer listed in the profile your old password will be replaced with a server generated password which you can use to enter the server and reset the password to something you can remember. This will help speed retrieving access to accounts without having to wait for an administrator to assist you
