We're watching the final season of Beastars. You probably wont know it unless you're a furry or manga/anime fan! Gutted its the last season. I long to be the character Juno. Shes a gorgeous anthropomorphic wolf.

The Boys - I love it for all it's gory silliness, the antidote to all that is Marvel!

For all mankind - It might have tailed off a bit this series but I have loved this show. I'm a total sci-fi nerd though!

Counting the days to the next series of Silo, Pluribus and Dark Matter. I can only handle one or two at a time though as I hardly ever watch the TV.

When there's a gap I'll probably re-watch The Expanse for like the 7th time!

Salo? That one has slipped me by there. I googled it to be told it is a Hungarian and Romanian cured pork. I'm assuming that it has another meaning to you ha ha!

Oh? You've never seen "Salo"? Well, we may be from different generations. I grew up during the days of VCRs, home dubbing, and VHS rental shops. I grew up watching a lot of messed-up films. Other genres too. But, some pretty messed up stuff here and there.

I'm 50, I remember the days before owning a VCR Laura! I'm an old fart! Don't remember Salo though maybe it's because I'm in the UK? I take it thats a messed up film then?

Well, I'm around your age. But I didn't want to ask. Since you are in the U.K, does that mean that the "Video Nasties Act" still applies? I know some films were shown over there, eventually. "Salo" would qualify.

Well we had a film ratings system (I thought the US have that too?) but people still managed to pass round videos that were banned from time to time. Obviously I missed Salo but I've looked it up now. Sounds like a wholesome family movie lol!

Repeat watching  shows. Happy Valley, terrific performances from everyone especially Shirley Henderson as the disturbed  prison pen pal of psychopath killer Tommy Lee Royce in series 2.
Also Waking the Dead again, an outstanding performance from Toby Stephens as the sinister Dr Nick Henderson.
