there was a profession ballet friend of mine who once mentioned to me that an incorrect practicing stance may widen the hip, which was actually undesirable. but i've forgotten what stance it was...

You can also do bone fusion which generally cost 5-7K per hip the technique is very much near alike like a hip transplant, you are left with permanent scarring though.
Sorry for the bump, but can anyone give more detail about this kind of surgery? Thanks!

I've found riding/exercising on recumbent cycle helps target the hip and butt area. Recumbents use different cycling technique to conventional cycles and, at least with me, it's caused my glutes and whatever muscles there are around the hip area to increase in size. It also helps maintain a flatter core so I get a good effect from this. The other thing that can be tried is Pilates exercises to target these specific areas.

I'm ten months into HRT on Sunday 3rd November. Since past year my hips have definitely been growing with the 10lbs of fat I've gained. Hormones take awhile but they definitely will work in giving you a more feminine figure.

You can also do multi-planar work on your glutes to round out the whole shape.
