Breaking News:Court Rules in Favor of IRS Deductions for Transition Related Care

A guy friend of mine has been following this court case since he did his bottom surgery a couple years ago, he was not able to deduct his bottom surgery for taxes. Here is the rule for medical deductions: Medical expenses are deductible after they exceed 7.5 percent of adjusted gross income. Cosmetic surgery generally doesn't qualify. Check it out. It is certainly a step in the right direction. Peace!
