This is driving me freakin insane

MONTHS ago I applied for a new bank account in my new name. It all came through fine, but I had to make a quick exit from where I was living at the time and left all my details behind, internet banking logins...pin numbers...everything, all I have is my bank card.

The people in the branch say they can't give me my details, that I have to ring the hotline. When I ring the hotline...they don't believe I am who I say I am and tell me to go in to the branch.

I've been having this back and forth nonsense for a ridiculous amount of time, I've been in to three different branches in 3 different cities and all of them tell me to ring the hotline. The hotline people always ask me if they can speak to the cardholder, I tell them I am the cardholder and they put me on hold and then come back and tell me they can't help me.

Obviously my voice doesn't pass and they think I'm trying to scam them.
