changing the time zone

I'm sorry, I have looked all over and through other FAQ and I can't figure out how to change the time zone for me.

I have over 15 posts.  Is that not enough or something?

Someone who asked a similar question in here was told that the option was under "Look and Layout."  However, I can't find that either.

Scroll over profile

then click account settings

then scroll over modify profile and click Look and Layout

Where it says time offset correct it.

Such as if it says 12 pm and it's 5 pm there put +5. If it says 5 pm and it's 12 pm click -5 then click change profile button at the bottom of the page.

At first it won't look like it changed but when you click home and look at recent topics the time will be correct next to it.
