I'm extremely curious about bottom surgery and it requirements. As one of my questions..what if one has dealt or is dealing with a vaginal disease. Will they be excluded from this procedure? Can It also effect top surgery as well, leading in as the health condition isn't well balanced?

Cure the vag disease and no problem from that point. I see no reason for it to affect top surgery. You seem to have a bit of research to do on what is available and steps to take. Look up tsroadmap for some ideas and read the wiki here as well as forums. Most start out with binding and a gender therapist. This therapist can be valuable when it comes to sorting out what step to take next if any.
