These wedges are way cute  :)  I'm rather tall so I limit my heals to 2" and under... I wish I were 4" shorter and had smaller feet  :P There would be much more selection for me to choose from

*Shrugs, heavy sigh*

I'm in the same boat as you... not overly tall (5'11") but I wear something between a women's size 11 to 12 shoe depending on how the shoe itself fits.  I have one pair of heels that fit me fine at 11, I've tried on a few 11s that fit me pretty well, and others that weren't even close.  And 12s are nonexistent offline.

Just lucky that I don't need a wide shoe!  My feet are really narrow despite the fact that I'm 12-toed. ;D

I was blessed with a pair of long, skinny skis so luckily the width is not often the issue   My feet actually fit rather nice and snug but not tight... Luckily, I have found some online stores that carry a fairly good selection of ladies 13s

*Hangs head in shame of her big feet*

I just bought a pair of open toe wedges today, lol not even close to my favorite style, but they were so cute (shiny black PU) and they were only a tiny bit big on me (they are an 11 but from a brand that runs rather big), but they were only $3 at goodwill so I figure why not. They have a 4" wedge though, I am way too tall when I wear them.

interestingly Goodwill had quite a few shoes that were 10-12, but barely anything higher. So, at least online isn't the only option, though I do wonder how many of the shoes that were large originated from online. Tomorrowif they are open, I will hit up the goodwill outlet, since large sizes seem to set on the shelf I am hoping they have more than the normal store.

The higher the heel the better I feel. Strappy sandals, peep toe pumps and wedges. Carrie Bradshaw on a budget. ;D
Why? I like how they look. They make me feel sexier and more feminine.
I love shoes!

I love shoes. I have heaps of pairs, but my friends make fun of my "boring taste" and how they "all look the same". Hey, okay, so I have about five pairs of black brogues, but they're all slightly different... :P

My favourites are probably some vintage burgundy leather monk straps. I also have some mock croc derbys with quite a pointy toe that I really love.

For more casual wear, I do like Converse, like so many others in this thread. I can't wear them to school, though (business dress code), and I've grown so tired of how they fall apart quickly despite being soooo expensive in this country. I'm actually surprised people have said they last a long time, they certainly don't for me. Of course the knock offs are a lot cheaper, but then they break even quicker. Despite all this, I still really want a replacement pair for my previous broken ones. Sigh. They just look so effortlessly cool and iconic.

I've also got some boots... black Doc Martens, some brown 70s things with cuban heels, others... I'm too lazy to go and have a look.

when I'm skating I wear converse...which I destroy. I bought a new pair 2 months ago and I've already worn a hole in the ankle of my back foot and the sole is seriously worn down from foot breaking I reckon another month before I go through the sole completely. When I'm not skating i like cute pumps or even cuter heels.
