I am currently partaking in a rigorous cardio program along with diet. I have stopped drinking regular milk and have replaced it with soy milk. my concern is that it will have an adverse effect on my hormone regimen. Anyone have any input?

Thanks girls. I am working dilligently to exercise away my body mass.
there is not to much info on reducing muscle, increasing fat, and still lowering overall weight.

However, worst case scenario I get in extremely good shape, and everyone who told me my lifestyle seems unhealthy can kiss my fat booty :-)
