New Hair cut

I got a new hair cut today. It looks fantastic! To me, anyway. It had gotten fairly long and was sort of raggedly looking. I was at my wits end with and so I hacked it all off. lol. It looks great, though. I've wanted an asymmetrical style for quite a while. You'll have to forgive my crappy webcam. Although, the low quality does hide blemishes.

I have an employment tribunal next month,  I need to appear as smart and male.  It is probably the last ever thing I will do as a man.  I need advice as to a shorter hairstyle that can be slicked back as male for the tribunal but looks feminine the rest of the time.  Currently my ahir is at my shoulders.

I usually tie my hair back for any formal meeting. Most people seem to be OK with this.
