I was wondering, if anyone has ever used this: http://danaekurvers.nl/en/
I came across it on youtube and it has a store in Amsterdam so I might visit it. It also has binders with velcro.
The prothesis are just ones that you can buy everywhere, right (mr Limpy).
I am a bit worried about the quality, since it's rather expensive. The underworks binder was cheaper, even including shipping here. Anyone else tried it?
I don't know if they send to USA :x

i own two different of their binders and i am pretty happy with them. i wear the shorter one most of the time, because it's really comfortable while making me appropriately flat.  i had to cut of the bottom seam though, it pressed on.... something, i'm not sure :D
i think i bought it last june, so i used it for a year, more or less every day, and it doesn't show any wear marks yet and hasn't significantly stretched.
the longer one is  little more constricting around the shoulders etc. and doesn't produce more effect to be worth that.
Putting the "fun" in "dysfunctional"

before surgery i owned two or three binders from danae and the quality is really fine. they bind fairly well, i guess it would depend on your chest though, and are similar to the underworks binders in both binding strength and material-wise, but of higher quality imho.
I then bought the binder with velcro in the front after surgery (to prevent oedema) and had my girlfriend try it on who is at least a B cup and it flattened her really well, so I guess those with velcro really have the most binding power.
Danae is incredibly nice and helpful by the way.

I have a question about those zippers?
How do they work, they don't sound like they'd compress as well as one without zippers. They look good enough to be worn without anything else though.
I am thinking of buying the swimming top zipper one and just wear it during the day so I don't have to worry about it getting wet ^^
